Microsoft Office Applications Online Course Refund Policy
Fees
Course fees are noted with each course listing. Payment of these course fees is required before the first class session. Some courses have additional charges for supplies, insurance, or other essential expenses, which are also noted along with the course descriptions. In most courses, students are responsible for purchasing any special materials required for the class. No registration is complete without the payment of all applicable fees or receipt of official authorization for payment from the registrant's employer. Methods of payment include check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover) if registering on-site or by mail or credit card by fax.

Timeframe

Learner drops course prior to course start date Full refund (100%) of the amount paid reimbursed to the learner
Learner drops course before end of second online meeting 80% refund of the amount paid reimbursed to the learner OR Kadas Solutions credit in the amount paid to be used for future online course purchase.
Learner drops course after 2nd online meeting No refund or credit will be given

Submitting Refund Requests
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests must include learners’ full name, course title.  Submit request via email to: refund@kadas.ca
The date of the completed request and the start date of the course will determine what refund or credit, if any, shall be due.  Refunds can be expected approximately 2-4 weeks after the request is submitted.

Refunds for Cancelled Courses
If a Kadas Solutions course is cancelled, a full refund will be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
This refund policy applies to all online MS Office Applications courses from Kadas Solutions.

For contract trainings which are delivered onsite and/or face to face, no refund will be made after the start of training.

Tutored Math Refund Policy Requests for refund will be processed up to 7 days after the first class. A $25 administration fee + $35/hour will be charged for the time used by the student. No refunds will be granted after the second class has been completed.
